Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project controls and financial activities across the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • •Establish and maintain project budgets, WBS, cost baselines, and project controls systems.
  • •Monitor budgets, expenditures, commitments, revenue, profitability, and cash flow; identify variances and risks.
  • •Develop and maintain monthly forecasts, including EAC, labor hours, costs, and revenue.
  • •Perform QA/QC of project financial information, reports, and documentation, and coordinate monthly billing reviews and purchase order/subcontract tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Preferred: 8 years of experience in project controls, project accounting, financial management, scheduling, or a related role.
  • •Working knowledge of project controls principles including WBS, cost and schedule baselines, forecasting, earned value, progress measurement, and change management.
  • •Working knowledge of project revenue, cost, billing, purchase orders, subcontract commitments, and accounts receivable processes.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to use multiple project controls, financial, scheduling, and reporting platforms.
