Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy agentic systems and AI-powered automation to improve web infrastructure, performance, and adaptability without manual intervention.
  • •Use machine learning and LLMs to analyze site telemetry, identify performance bottlenecks, and generate code-level improvements using AEM Sites Optimizer and custom AI pipelines.
  • •Build and refine self-learning systems that monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues across large-scale web ecosystems using AI feedback loops.
  • •Develop autonomous agents that implement optimization tasks, validate outcomes via Core Web Vitals and SEO metrics, and adapt based on user engagement signals.
  • •Use AI for predictive modeling and technical audits to forecast outcomes, simulate scenarios, and align technical decisions with digital goals; create AI-enhanced dashboards and predictive analytics for decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of industry experience in relevant areas.
  • •Strong foundation in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • •Experience integrating AI into web performance workflows, including code analysis, personalization, and optimization.
  • •Proficiency in front-end engineering (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • •Knowledge of browser performance, caching strategies, and CDN tuning, plus RUM/observability tools and ability to deploy AI models in production.
