Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Retail Professional to join our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Adelaide on a part-time basis. You’ll meet sales and KPI targets, deliver Adidas Brand Customer Service standards, maintain Visual Merchandising, manage merchandise flow, and represent the brand with energy and passion in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
•Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
•The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
•Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
•Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Key Requirements

•Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
•Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement.
•Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
•Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
•Permanent legal rights to work in Australia.
