Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Prepare, review, and post journal entries for intercompany transactions, accruals, allocations, reclassifications, and foreign currency adjustments.
  • •Own the intercompany close process, including transaction matching, settlements, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and eliminations.
  • •Support multi-currency consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, CTA analysis, and accurate financial reporting across global entities.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to improve intercompany processes, strengthen controls, support audits, and drive process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in intercompany and multi-entity environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and foreign currency accounting (ASC 830).
  • •Advanced Excel skills.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech).
  • •Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to collaborate globally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
