Direct vehicle traffic and guide guests to parking spaces at the venue, maintaining clean and orderly parking areas. Assist with opening/closing parking zones by lifting and repositioning barricades, and coordinate with coworkers, Fire, Police, and third-party vendors to support safe ingress, tailgating, and egress. Provide friendly guest support and participate in venue sustainability efforts, along with other duties assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct vehicle traffic to parking areas and spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
•Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
•Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
•Coordinate with coworkers, Fire, Police, and third-party staffing vendors for safe and orderly ingress, tailgating, and egress.
•Greet guests and support venue sustainability efforts; complete other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 16 years of age (must obtain a work permit if under 18).
•Prior customer service experience is a plus.
•Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
•Sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
•Ability to work outdoors with constant walking and standing in various weather conditions.
