Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Project Leader, organizing and directing efforts to achieve project objectives across capital, sustaining, reliability, regulatory compliance, and business development projects.
  • •Lead all phases of project execution, including project development, scope definition, engineering coordination, scheduling, estimating, procurement, construction oversight, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Coordinate with Terminal Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Maintenance, Project Execution, Inspection, and EHS teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery.
  • •Manage multiple capital and sustaining projects to meet commercial, operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory objectives, including forecasting and monitoring costs, schedules, risks, and commitments.
  • •Develop project design basis documents, scopes of work, execution plans, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and funding requests; maintain project documentation and regulatory files.

Salary: USD 103,800 - 150,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical) or equivalent education plus relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible project management experience supporting industrial, terminal, marine, petrochemical, bulk material handling, energy, pipeline, storage, or related infrastructure facilities.
  • •Project management experience covering scoping/estimating (work breakdown structures), cost and schedule control, and design and construction management.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable regulations and governing bodies, including DOT and OSHA.
  • •Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, ASME, API, NFPA, ASCE, ACI, ASTM).
