Key Responsibilities

  • •Reviewing investment committee memos and calibrations; reviewing internal valuation materials and third‑party valuation reports; reviewing investment valuation analysis at fund level and documenting the review; ensuring the portfolio is reconciled with NAV; completing due diligence on Blackstone valuation teams
  • •Leading the maintenance and enhancement of the valuation framework, policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and best practices; participating in new fund onboardings related to valuation; preparing materials for Management Committee and Boards; handling ad‑hoc projects and general administrative tasks
  • •Transformation and digitalization: proposing improvements of valuation processes and use of offshore resources and technology; managing offshore consultants; coaching analysts/associates for performance and development
  • •Participating in new fund onboardings in valuation matters; ensuring accurate and timely reporting to governance bodies; delivering comprehensive reports to senior management
  • •Hands‑on professional in a small, dynamic team with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline (CFA or CAIA is a plus)
  • •+7 years of relevant financial services industry experience (including a prior experience in a Big 4) with good understanding of alternative industry operations
  • •Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies and practices, combined with strong leadership skills to effectively support the management and organization of the team in a fast-paced environment
  • •Knowledge of the local regulatory requirements in relation to AIFM and Luxembourg Funds
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required, strong appetite to use of technology
