Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of the Oceania procurement strategy and lead initiatives aligned with business growth.
  • •Lead category management and strategic sourcing, including major tenders, RFPs, and RFQs across key spend areas.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations and weigh cost, quality, service, risk, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Monitor supplier performance against contracts, milestones, and SLAs, resolving issues as needed.
  • •Provide senior leadership and coaching to the Procurement team to build capability in sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in procurement, commercial management, or supply chain with strategic sourcing and category management experience.
  • •Proven track record turning tenders, negotiations, and supplier relationships into measurable cost savings and commercial value.

  • •Experience in logistics, ports, warehousing, infrastructure, property, or another asset-heavy industry.
