Sales Development Representative

Help expand the customer base by researching, prospecting, and cold-calling potential leads, then qualifying their needs to drive sales. Build relationships with prospects, present relevant product information, and move qualified leads through the marketing funnel. Coordinate with sales executives to ensure targets are met, and follow up with interested customers who haven’t purchased yet to arrange meetings and keep communication flowing.
