Originations Concierge Specialist

Manage the construction-to-permanent servicing portfolio, providing oversight and governance for the servicing construction lending pipeline. Serve as the single point of contact for loan officers and sales associates during the pre-close process, help coordinate timeline and process exception requests, and drive responses to adverse issues, trends, and inefficiencies. Monitor progress, identify at-risk/off-track builders, and partner with credit risk and other lines of business to resolve exceptions.
