Job Summary

Own and oversee the inquiry-to-order (ITO) tendering process for the segment, ensuring profitable revenue growth through tailored value propositions, competitive pricing, and risk mitigation. Develop and negotiate proposals, validate pricing and reward balance, and support win strategies. Partner with Global and regional commercial, technical sales, pricing, and risk teams to build pricing strategy, benchmark prices, conduct after-action reviews, and ensure smooth ITO-to-OTR handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

•Protect and drive profitable revenue growth by owning and overseeing the inquiry-to-order (ITO) tendering process, including price maintenance and risk mitigation.
•Develop proposals and may negotiate with customers to ensure deals deliver shareholder value and drive competitive pricing while preparing required tender documentation.
•Validate risk/reward balance across terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, and security of payment; manage pricing and conditions within contract price frameworks.
•Articulate winning tender strategy using tailored value propositions by gathering inputs on capacity, costing, and pricing and ensuring customer requirements are understood.
•Collaborate with global and regional teams on pricing strategy and price benchmarking; uphold commercial governance and conduct after-action reviews for lost high-value deals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales or Commercial role.
•Minimum 5 years (or transferable skill) in Pressure Pumping operations/technical areas such as cementing, coiled tubing, and drilling fluids.
•Experience with commercial tools and analytical systems/platforms like Deal Machine and Quote Machine/CPQ to manage margin and price execution.
•Fluent Azerbaijani with upper-intermediate English and Russian, plus strong communication and leadership skills.
