Own and continuously improve HR management information (MI) and workforce analytics dashboards for European and global stakeholders. Drive automated self-service reporting by enhancing data collection and analysis processes for people data across internal and external sources. Partner on HR metrics such as gender diversity, talent and annual review data, and lead European workforce planning (process, training, monthly reporting) while coordinating budgeting and forecasting with finance.
