  • •Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team by setting priorities, driving execution across organizational boundaries, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • •Direct and coordinate engineering activities, allocate resources effectively, and drive problem resolution using sound technical judgment.
  • •Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching while ensuring delivery against schedule, quality, and cost targets.
  • •Partner with domain experts across technology development, EDA vendors, and product design teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • •Lead customer enablement for ASIC tools/flows, physical verification/runsets, tape-in verification, and IP sign-off for test chips using Intel PDK collaterals.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree with 10+ years of experience, MS degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in two or more areas including technical management or lead experience mentoring/leading medium-sized teams.
  • •Experience with test chip physical verification and tape-in.
  • •Knowledge of Intel and/or external foundry process technology in advanced nodes.
  • •Industry direct experience supporting customers in ASIC/physical design and/or physical verification/runsets, advanced technology nodes, or EDA tools.
