Job Summary

Drive Okta’s New Product Introductions by validating, deploying, and accelerating global adoption of new features. Serve as a deep technical subject matter expert and advisory link between research and development, Go-To-Market teams, and Global 2000 enterprise accounts. Use a hands-on lab environment to test integration patterns, troubleshoot, and blueprint repeatable architectural patterns—focused on Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management. Hybrid in Bengaluru with global alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the deep technical expert for Okta’s newest platform offerings, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to provide integration insights and surface feature gaps and market opportunities.
•Perform hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and interoperability testing of advanced features, with a focus on IGA and PAM use cases.
•Design, build, and operate an advanced lab environment to model enterprise identity ecosystems, stress-test NPIs, and support solution validation programs.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Presales, Sales, Professional Services) to address integration issues and inform product development.
•Maintain global office alignment and provide technical mentoring and thought leadership to Field teams to enable product adoption.

Key Requirements

•6+ years delivering identity and security solutions to large enterprise customers within a Go-To-Market organization (e.g., Professional Services, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success).
•Hands-on domain expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
•Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS) and access control models (RBAC, ABAC).
•Strong identity protocol knowledge including SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; advanced Microsoft identity stack knowledge (Active Directory, AD CS, ADFS) and Entra ID is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
