  • •Minimum of a high school diploma/GED plus 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing (or a like industry).
  • •Applied mechanical skills in an industrial environment and knowledge of manufacturing machinery (engines, pumps, compressors, conveyors, gears, bearings, and related components).
  • •Proficiency using tools and instruments (hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, precision instruments) for disassembly, assembly, measurement, alignment, and testing.
  • •Knowledge of system integration, control mechanisms, and interconnections with electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • •Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, and root cause analysis; interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
