Key Responsibilities

•Drive full-cycle customer implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, integrations to deliver solutions on time, maximize TTR, and delight customers.
•Actively drive implementation progress by removing blockers, executing project plans, and delivering results efficiently, with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
•Proactively evaluate customer challenges and risks, applying problem-solving skills to remove barriers and work cross functionally to optimize the integration.
•Execute and support technical deliverables and integrations with our network and issuer partners.
•Provide domain expertise and insights to guide internal decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in Program Management, Technical Implementations, Solutions Architecture, or comparable customer-facing roles.

•Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical information into clear business language to various stakeholders.
•Strong presentation skills: comfortable presenting to internal and external, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong product sense, concept explanation, and technical acumen: familiarity with APIs and technical concepts.
