Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals by cross-selling, upselling, and building lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases and capture data. Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
