  • •Collaborate with the global business recruiting team on offers in real time as a trusted advisor.
  • •Consult with and influence HR Business Partners, recruiting, managers, and leadership to drive compensation decisions and strategy for Go-To-Market functions.
  • •Maintain a competitive, current job catalog for Technical Solutions and General Administration teams using external data.
  • •Partner with compensation colleagues on internal data gathering, modeling, analytics, reporting, and insights using benchmarking surveys and recruiting intelligence.
  • •Identify gaps in standard compensation programs and proactively recommend improvements based on industry trends and best practices.

Key Requirements
