Research Engineer 5/6 – AI for Member Systems

Build and scale machine learning solutions for Netflix personalization and recommendation systems. Partner with researchers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop algorithms that improve member experiences, from concept to production deployment. Optimize model performance and scalability for a global member base, and validate changes through offline experiments and A/B testing. Help advance ML infrastructure, tooling, and continuous learning while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
