Job Summary

Build and evolve MLIR-based compiler infrastructure for lowering deep-learning operators targeting AMD GPUs. You will help architect dynamic-shape IR lowering on a single graph, implement operator definitions and MLIR lowerings (e.g., attention and control-flow), and develop runtime-status reporting to analyze graph-optimizer behavior. Work with a core team to expand MLIR dialect conventions, debug and improve existing lowering, and stay current with compiler, algorithm, and architecture trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Help architect dynamic-graph IR lowering on a single graph.
•Implement operator definitions and MLIR lowerings for attention and control-flow operators required by new models.
•Build model- and operator-level runtime-status reporting and analyze graph-optimizer behavior.
•Contribute to MLIR dialect conventions and the operator-add checklist; review operator-lowering work.
•Stay informed of compiler, algorithm, and architecture trends and apply them to the IR stack.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 581,350 - 830,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong object-oriented programming background, with C/C++ preferred and attention to detail.
•Hands-on experience with MLIR, including dialects, lowering, and passes.
•Solid understanding of deep-learning operators and computational graphs.
•Experience with LLVM and GPU programming (HIP/CUDA).
•Experience with ONNX or ONNX Runtime is a plus.
