Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accurate billing while handling administrative paperwork and payments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 28.5 hourly
