Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, coordinate, and host a comprehensive global engagement strategy for the AI Materials Foundry, including member engagement and events.
  • •Build scalable partner collaboration frameworks and act as the primary operational bridge for tech partners, enterprise clients, and research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
  • •Manage day-to-day engagement with global foundry stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional timelines between partner teams and CuspAI leadership.
  • •Partner with Strategy & Operations and Head of Partnerships to align ecosystem activities with the overarching roadmap.
  • •Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback into development priorities; work with marketing/PR to spotlight partner success stories.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate a proven track record in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building, ideally in a high-growth startup or deep-tech environment, with strong experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
  • •Experience independently creating and managing events and conferences end to end, including initiatives run alongside or on behalf of Fortune 100 companies.
  • •Show extensive global cross-cultural experience engaging and building trust with senior stakeholders across international borders (Europe, USA, APAC).
  • •Confident, charismatic communication skills with direct experience hosting, moderating, and organizing virtual webinars and premium in-person events for a technical audience.
  • •Have a solid foundational understanding of or proximity to the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development.
