Job Summary

Maintain and improve EPI GAN equipment performance by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations in the fab. Monitor and analyze tool data to reduce repetitive downtime and meet process requirements, and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues. Coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs, and produce technical reports summarizing findings and recommended solutions while partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
•Improve system performance to meet process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
•Monitor and analyze related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address tool issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed.
•Prepare technical reports and summary findings with recommended solutions to technical problems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and be 18 years of age or older.
•Have 2 years of semiconductor Technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
•Be able to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Prefer semiconductor experience in EPI GAN.
•Use troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance.
