Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Product Management, Design, and cross-functional Product & Tech leads (including headcount planning and complex operational expenses).
  • •Identify financial risks and opportunities to inform forecasts and strategic decision-making.
  • •Build regular management reporting, financial reporting, and business presentations for Product and Finance leadership.
  • •Develop and evaluate financial business cases for product investments and strategic initiatives, partnering with Product leadership to assess trade-offs and prioritize resource allocation.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams on key strategic, operational, and financial analyses to drive monetization, member experience, and cost efficiency opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • •Proficiency working with databases, data, and reports; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Anaplan is a plus.
  • •Strong track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and defining/performing/coordinating analyses.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to the audience; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work.
