Job Summary

Partner with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional Product & Tech leaders to drive Product FP&A for emerging initiatives. Own annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, including headcount and operational expense forecasting. Identify financial risks and opportunities, build management reporting and business presentations, and develop financial business cases to support investment trade-offs, resource allocation, monetization, member experience, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Product Management, Design, and cross-functional Product & Tech leads (including headcount planning and complex operational expenses).
•Identify financial risks and opportunities to inform forecasts and strategic decision-making.
•Build regular management reporting, financial reporting, and business presentations for Product and Finance leadership.
•Develop and evaluate financial business cases for product investments and strategic initiatives, partnering with Product leadership to assess trade-offs and prioritize resource allocation.
•Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams on key strategic, operational, and financial analyses to drive monetization, member experience, and cost efficiency opportunities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
•Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
•Proficiency working with databases, data, and reports; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Anaplan is a plus.
•Strong track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and defining/performing/coordinating analyses.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to the audience; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work.
