Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship production code quickly and work closely with users and customers, including catching real fraud.

Key Requirements

  • •You reason about systems end to end (data flow, failure modes, latency, cost) and treat agents as distributed systems with nondeterminism.
  • •You have shipped real production systems or user-facing prototypes using LLMs.
  • •You have deep engineering fundamentals and can design, ship, debug, and operate production systems end to end (mostly Python on AWS).
  • •You can execute as a 0→1 builder in ambiguity and move fast.
  • •You have roughly 2–4 years of engineering experience (or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability).
