Rider Compliance Representative

Own rider onboarding operations to move applicants through the onboarding funnel and support weekly hiring targets. Conduct audits, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements, coordinating vendor tasks and weekly QA checks. Execute regulatory compliance sweeps, verify rider documentation, manage active pipelines, and resolve compliance escalations while maintaining up-to-date process and training documentation. Partner with stakeholders to mitigate fleet risk by escalating bottlenecks and vulnerabilities with proposed solutions.
