Job Summary

Lead the design and implementation of centralized data models for the CDU team, covering cost, time, risk, and document/report metadata from multiple enterprise sources. Enhance an existing Power BI model to broaden analysis scope, improve accessibility, and support development division reporting. Manage a data modeling team (AI/LLM modeling and database support), align tagging requirements with data owners, and partner with the Data Office to ensure proper data/report governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Enhance and maintain the data model strategy covering development analysis and reporting requirements.
•Define requirements with data owners so data tagging is understood and incorporated into models.
•Manage the data modeling team (AI/LLM modeling expert and database technician) and assign tasks to achieve outcomes.
•Advise leadership on best practices and possible enhancements to data modeling solutions.
•Partner with the Data Office to ensure proper governance of data and reports.

Key Requirements

•Degree education in information services and/or data analytics.
•Established experience working as part of an owner’s team delivering solutions for large, complex organizations.
•Implementation of software/data solutions into established working environments, including integration of existing software packages.
•Ability to assess individual and team performance to optimize efficiency and support team growth.
•Fluency in Microsoft Office and strong stakeholder communication to ensure data tagging requirements are understood and incorporated into models.
