Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively implement and maintain a safe working environment through accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, and policy enforcement.
  • •Lead and document Eaton Business System practices (MESH, CIF, EQS, ProLaunch, Tier/BSC) with emphasis on overall product line performance.
  • •Manage operational processes to track key metrics and develop action plans to improve operational performance.
  • •Drive continuous improvement programs and process improvements using Eaton Business System and problem-solving tools.
  • •Select, train, develop direct reports, participate in performance evaluations, and support accountability through tier 2 meetings and daily tracking.
