Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead workforce optimisation transformation plans in collaboration with the workforce pillar lead.
  • •Support NDA activities driven by the GCIO COO transformation team.
  • •Manage stakeholder communication with CIOs, operations managers, workforce leads, and other key stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • •Collaborate with the TOM Simplification team and coordinate with local HR and regional teams to deliver workforce optimisations.
  • •Monitor implementation of plans, maintain change control processes, and oversee risks related to headcount changes.
