Job Summary

Oversee the design review and full construction lifecycle of landscape and public realm works within GEC Framework projects. Conduct site inspections, inspections/testing, and documentation to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, resolve technical issues with the project team, provide client progress updates, and mentor junior engineers while staying current on landscape engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design review process and ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
•Supervise construction activities through regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety.

•Perform inspections and testing to confirm landscape works meet required standards and specifications.
•Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and support sustainable practices while providing client progress updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape design, construction, and supervision with a proven delivery track record.
•Proficiency in landscape design software and CAD tools.
•Strong construction knowledge of techniques, materials, and industry standards.
•Valid professional engineering license or equivalent certification; MMUP Registration is mandatory.
