Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the global corporate network and infrastructure strategy, translating it into multi-year roadmaps and quarterly outcomes.
  • •Set network/infrastructure architecture standards and engineering guardrails, partnering with enterprise architecture and security to meet resiliency, performance, and risk requirements.
  • •Own service reliability, availability, performance, and capacity; establish service-level objectives and transparent health reporting.
  • •Lead major incident and problem management to drive root-cause elimination and continuous improvement; strengthen change management and operational readiness across releases and migrations.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop global engineering and architecture teams while building inclusive, high-performing culture and trust-based stakeholder partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 15+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Technology leadership experience growing and leading high-performance teams and directing the IT function.
  • •Experience owning complex, multi-faceted, open-ended problems and driving them to completion.
  • •Experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale solutions and driving technology transformation.
