Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Eaton’s global capital project portfolio, including greenfield sites, expansions, manufacturing modernization, R&D facilities, offices, and distribution centers.
  • •Oversee project execution from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and turnover, prioritizing growth and capacity expansion while minimizing disruption.
  • •Develop business cases, capital requests, budgets, schedules, and resource plans; establish project governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management processes.
  • •Implement project controls for cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk; monitor performance metrics and drive value engineering and contingency planning.
  • •Lead selection and oversight of developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and project management partners, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,000 - 266,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in capital projects, construction management, and real estate development.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facility construction projects.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
