Job Summary

Support facility management across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sites by assisting with planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of MEP systems. Help track work orders to meet SLA/KPI targets, conduct inspections, troubleshoot failures, and support root-cause investigations. Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with statutory, HSE, and authority requirements and maintaining maintenance documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance (PPM) and support corrective, reactive, and emergency maintenance coordination.
•Monitor work order execution and support timely completion within agreed SLAs while verifying works before closure.
•Support operation and maintenance activities across HVAC, electrical LV distribution, plumbing/drainage, and fire protection systems.
•Coordinate with maintenance teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve maintenance requests and monitor contractor performance.
•Maintain maintenance documentation and reporting, including daily/weekly/monthly reports and support for compliance with HSE, PTW, and LOTO procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
•1–3 years of experience in facility management, MEP maintenance, building maintenance, or technical operations (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
•HVAC fundamentals training and electrical safety training.
•Fire & life safety awareness plus Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) awareness.
•Arabic and English language proficiency (mandatory).
