Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating project status with stakeholders.
  • •Manage project finances, including cash flow, forecasts, expense monitoring, collections support, reporting, backlog review, and applied cost reconciliation.
  • •Review contract documents to identify risk and develop mitigation plans, including knowledge and mitigation of construction contract content language.
  • •Oversee subcontractors, including RFQ process, awarding subcontracts, and managing subcontractor execution.
  • •Lead project administration and change order management, including solution recommendations, facilitating quotes, and closing orders (with support from sales/estimating as needed).
