Job Summary

Drive sourcing and supplier development for production components supporting radar and sensor manufacturing. Own part availability and material planning in an ERP/MRP system, qualify suppliers and resolve supply blockers, and help build and de-risk the manufacturing BOM. Partner with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to qualify components, assess BOM risks with alternates/second sources, rationalize suppliers/components, and track performance and cost signals to keep hardware shipping on time, at quality, and within cost.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct supplier selection for production components using the approved supplier list to support radar/sensor manufacturing lines.
•Partner with suppliers and internal engineering to qualify components and resolve supply issues before and during production.
•Support development and consolidation of the manufacturing BOM with Quality and Manufacturing to ramp and sustain production.
•Own part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system, sending clear buy/build timing signals to Purchasing and Production.
•Perform BOM risk assessments, identify alternate/second-source components, and drive component and supplier rationalization while tracking supplier performance and cost awareness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related technical field.
•1–2 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or a related manufacturing role.
•History of purchasing/procurement, including MLQs and volume price breaks to reduce cost.
•Hands-on experience working in an ERP/MRP system (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
•Demonstrated supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
