Job Summary

Join the Aircraft Performance Team within Flight Physics CoC in Getafe to deliver aircraft performance outputs across Airbus Defence and Space fixed-wing programs. You’ll support design and derivative evaluations, certification processes, and negotiations with certification authorities, while analyzing flight data for development, training, and incident investigations. You’ll also provide commercial and operational support for sales and customer needs, and help drive tool harmonization, data management, and digitalization roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead aircraft performance deliverables supporting current and future programs, R&D/T projects, certification processes, and negotiations with certification authorities.
•Support design phases for future programs and derivatives, including evaluating performance impacts of aircraft and engine configuration changes.
•Conduct performance studies for sales campaigns, RFPs, customer queries, and support flight operations with tools, documentation, and in-service technical support.
•Analyze flight data for development, certification, training, and incident investigations, and implement roadmaps for tool harmonization, data management, and digitalization.
•Deliver high-quality technical dossiers on time and drive technology roadmaps and service portfolio expansion through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
