Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with operational managers to deliver organization-wide wellbeing initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
  • •Oversee charity-related HR system requests, document validation, institution screening for charity committee support, shortlisting, and charity account transactions.
  • •Execute charity committee decisions, ensuring information is updated and payment execution follows financial control policies and procedures.
  • •Run staff wellbeing draws and raffles, including draw setup, eligibility/data preparation, approvals, winner announcement, and gift/reward distribution.
  • •Lead staff wellbeing reporting and programs: conduct staff satisfaction reporting and quarterly turnover/employee experience analysis, implement wellbeing campaigns/workshops, and support staff through assessments and crisis response.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of working at a senior level developing and driving employee engagement strategies in a fast-moving business.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in health and well-being within complex organizations, or 6 years in business related to customer experience and satisfaction.
  • •Strong communication skills to coordinate daily with employees, executives, and wellness professionals.
  • •Leadership and marketing skills to oversee and promote wellbeing programs and encourage employee participation.
  • •Analytical ability to use evidence and data to drive improvements in wellbeing strategy, with resilience, empathy, and discretion for sensitive cases.
