Key Responsibilities

  • •Own analytics strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to business outcomes and risk appetite.
  • •Establish data governance, quality, and control frameworks to ensure audit readiness and model risk considerations.
  • •Lead design, development, and operational ownership of reporting suites and dashboards; enforce coding standards, peer reviews, and documentation.
  • •Perform complex operational, staffing, financial, and portfolio analyses to improve forecasting accuracy, profitability, and decisioning; deliver executive-ready narratives.
  • •Coach and mentor analysts and developers; drive cross-functional change management and adoption for new dashboards, metrics, and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years in data analytics (and/or process/project management) in financial services with proven leadership of cross-functional analytics initiatives.
  • •Ability to define and enforce governance standards across reporting, documentation, and audit requirements.
  • •Advanced communication skills to influence stakeholders and translate insights into executive-ready narratives.
  • •Expertise in 4+ of: JavaScript, Tableau, PowerShell, SQL, Alteryx, Python, PowerQuery, Nintex, PowerApps.
