Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage production status by monitoring daily factory output and productivity, identifying potential issues, and coordinating action plans to prevent delays.
  • •Support line manager with capacity reservation and capacity validation, including style allocation and LT identification, and help execute buy releasing and confirmation by analyzing business needs and risks.
  • •Collaborate with regions and factory partners to optimize and simplify VAS and shipping solutions; train and coach teams and factories to drive high-performance delivery.
  • •Understand supply chain operation processes by training and onboarding new team members and factories; manage factory partner performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Own SMS/Bulk sample end-to-end operations (planning, packing, shipping, and payment) and support non-compliance and debit note payment handling, including negotiation for chargeback adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
  • •Typically 2–4 years of professional experience.
  • •General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
  • •Working knowledge of supply chain operations principles, practices, and concepts.
