  • •Manage, coach, and develop the Compensation team to improve performance, standards, and professional development.
  • •Translate Total Rewards philosophy into compensation policies, programs, and communications that are competitive and equitable.
  • •Build and manage analytics and reporting capabilities using scenario modeling to support workforce planning and leadership recommendations.
  • •Optimize compensation operations and systems, including Workday configuration, data governance, and scalable process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing leadership responsibility in a high-growth global company (public-company experience preferred).
  • •Deep expertise in broad-based pay and annual compensation cycles, including salary structures, market pricing, merit, promotions, bonuses, equity partnership, calibration, and pay equity.
  • •Experience managing and developing compensation analysts or professionals while also operating as a hands-on subject-matter expert.
  • •Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets, to translate complex data into recommendations for senior leaders.
  • •Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS/compensation technology, including data governance, reporting, planning, integrations, controls, and process improvement.
