Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide management and leadership to deliver operational improvements and business results for the assigned manufacturing area.
  • •Responsible for day-to-day manufacturing needs and achieving safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, and employee engagement objectives.
  • •Own and lead implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standard and ensure GMP, HACCP, housekeeping, and QRMP procedures are followed.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives, including process improvement submissions/implementation and annual planning for improvements.
  • •Coach and develop direct reports, lead PDCA/production meetings, mentor CI and Maintenance leads, and manage production problem solving and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED required.
  • •Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
