Job Summary

Help consumer and business customers achieve financial goals by retaining and growing relationships through proactive sales, referrals, and follow-up. Provide excellent customer service while resolving issues and educating customers on deposit, loan, and other banking products. Deepen connections by partnering internally across the bank and teaching customers to optimize online, mobile, and ATM banking technology. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
•Proactively grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing bank technology usage across online, mobile, and ATMs.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military service in a related role.
•Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or business-to-business sales.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort using mobile and online banking technology.
