Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the preparation, development, execution, and monitoring of media plans for the category
  • •Manage media tool entries, flowcharts, monthly budgets, authorizations, delivery recaps, competitive analyses, and billing
  • •Manage billing reconciliation with buying agency including Proof of Performance process
  • •Pull and format reporting data from various platforms including Media Tools, DCM
  • •Trafficking and tagging across all media types (Digital, TV, Radio, etc.) and coordinate with Ad Ops, Investment teams and account team from creative agencies
  • •Ensure all campaigns have media assets to traffic, working with the brand teams to ensure on track for delivery date
  • •Create and maintain records of plans, insertion orders, schedules, etc.
  • •Assist in the evaluation of media opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year Media Operations or Ad Operations experience, with asset in TV/video, mobile, banners, search, social, publishing, programmatic and branded entertainment
  • •Must have understanding of digital media planning and buying process, ad serving capabilities, and tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution
  • •Working understanding of the processes and tools used by buying/investment teams across all media types (TV, publishing, programmatic, social, search)
  • •Capable of working with new emerging tools and/or technologies; comfortable with technology, including tag creation and QA
  • •Strong math and analytical skills; Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
