Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and submission of technical proposals in response to client requests.
  • •Coordinate with technical, sales, and management teams to gather information and craft proposals that meet client requirements.
  • •Review proposal requirements to ensure compliance with guidelines and specifications.
  • •Manage proposal timelines and milestones to ensure timely submissions.
  • •Provide guidance to proposal team members (writers, subject matter experts, graphic designers) and develop proposal templates, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, and 2 years of GCC experience (plus).
  • •Advanced ability to develop technical proposals, including scope definition, resource planning, and budgeting to meet client requirements.
  • •Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize work, and deliver proposals on time and at high quality.
  • •Experience analyzing RFPs/RFIs to identify technical requirements and tailor proposals to client needs and specifications.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
