Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate offboarding and employee relations meetings, including consultation, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents, maintaining accurate employee records with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Act as a first point of informal escalation for employee relations cases, track follow-ups, collaborate across stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
