Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers’ transformation to SAP S/4HANA and Intelligent Enterprise through remote and onsite services.
  • •Optimize systems and perform conceptual planning while empowering customers with newest best-practice knowledge.
  • •Analyze complex business processes, performing root cause analysis and optimization across heterogeneous system landscapes with a focus on automotive processes.
  • •Develop functional and technical skills across S/4HANA, Industry Cloud Automotive, and SAP BTP, including solutions and ongoing improvements.
  • •Lead service delivery and escalation teams, and mentor/train Early Talents.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in SAP S/4HANA applications including SAP Materials Management, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Logistics Execution (with Available-to-Promise and Advanced Available-to-Promise).
  • •2-4 years of functional experience in Support or Consulting within the listed SAP expertise areas.
  • •Experience supporting customers, SAP implementation projects, service delivery, and/or project management.
  • •Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented, high-quality service mindset under pressure.
  • •Fluent English (German is a plus); generic ABAP programming skills are a plus.
