Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a sales floor brand ambassador at Dolphin Mall. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, transactions, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection while meeting personal and team KPIs.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and providing tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations: transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred, plus knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season, and high-traffic retail days (including holidays).
