Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver collective training event design as part of a small team.
  • •Produce Collective Training Exercise Plans and Assessment Solutions.
  • •Ensure training events follow the end-to-end training design process and are DSAT-compliant, meeting quality standards and being properly resourced.
  • •Collaborate with Army stakeholders to align training design to the operational environment, pacing threat, and British Army Doctrine.
  • •Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes; deputise for the Training Design Lead when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing Collective Training Exercises for the British Army across the Live Virtual and Constructive Environments.
  • •Knowledge of British Army Training Design from Sub Unit to Corps.
  • •Strong background in JSP 822 and the DSAT process.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • •Experience in programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
