Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of process engineers accountable for process quality and improvement for ATI SRP Washington and MRZ processes.
  • •Manage CoPQ, process quality, and process improvements to support competitive advantage and customer needs.
  • •Lead root cause and corrective action efforts and problem-solving reviews with internal stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions; lead training of operators (TWI) as necessary.
  • •Identify and develop process improvement opportunities (value stream optimization, yield, reduced flow days, delivery performance) and support product certification and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • •5 years progressive career experience with a project management background.
  • •3 years product and/or process development experience in the metal industry.
  • •Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
