Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, disassemble, and reassemble modular office furniture and workstations (e.g., Knoll Morrison, Steelcase Context, Herman Miller) to avoid damage.
  • •Perform physical moves of furniture, supplies, and assets between the warehouse and buildings, following schedules and delivery needs.
  • •Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; prepare items for shipment with shrink-wrapping and labeling.
  • •Maintain detailed shipping/receiving and carrier/delivery documentation, including logs, delivery tickets, and signature capture when required.
  • •Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, shrink wrap machines) and conduct inventories of equipment, supplies, and property.
